Parent Plan User Agreement

Welcome to the Parent Plan App! This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Parent Plan App ("App"), including all features and services provided through the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree with this Agreement, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

2. Use of the App

2.1 Permitted Use: The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the App to create, edit, and add plan for personal use.

2.2 Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the App:

• Violating any laws or regulations.
• Using the App to harm others, including harassing, threatening, or defaming any person or entity.
• Uploading, sharing, or transmitting any content that is offensive, obscene, or inappropriate.
• Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the App, including hacking, spamming, or distributing malware.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the App.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership: The App and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in the App and its content are owned by Parent PlanTeam or its licensors.

3.2 License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal use in accordance with this Agreement.

4. User-Generated Content

4.1 Content Ownership: Any content you create using the App remains your property.

4.2 Content License: By creating content using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content as necessary to provide and improve the App.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate this Agreement or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the App or its users.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [XiangGang], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated Agreement will be posted in the App, and the date at the top of this Agreement will be revised. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.
